Summary

This project is developed in the city of Porto to providing answers to two specific social problems, namely: precarious housing and social isolation. Through this project, seniors are lodged in social housing, which they share with other seniors, who are in the same situation, and they are supported by a Social Institution, that provide the necessary home support services for their well-being.
