Summary

The municipality developed an inquiry addressed to the elderly citizens who live in social isolation in social housing districts of the city of Porto. The main guiding principles are problem identification link between the identified elderly citizens and the different social responses. The purpose is to also counterpart the formal responses with an extended volunteer service.
