Summary

It`s a municipal program that encourages those over 60, city residents, to regularly practice sports, through a single annual symbolic payment.
This program operates throughout the year, except in August. The program’s available modalities are: gymnastics, cardio fitness, cycling, water activities, pilates, tai chi, yoga, boccia, latin dances and zumba.
The activities are prepared and guided by professionals and they are aimed at reinforcing flexibility, strength (crucial to prevent falls) and resistance.
