Summary

This award winning program is a partnership between the Tasmanian Health Service and Clarence City Council.

Live Well Live Long provides a free, informative, interactive and educational program at the Clarence Integrated Care Health Centre (ICC). It is designed to take a holistic approach to the health and wellness of older people, with a focus on maintaining independence, and contributing to significant lifestyle changes (big or small) that can have a positive impact on people’s lives.

Three, 12 week programs are held each year at the ICC and are free to participants.
