Summary

We have developed a guide book for older people to support and encourage them to look after their own health and wellbeing in this period of Covid-19. The guide book has been particularly useful to those individuals who have been sheltering in place and other older adults who have been unable to access their usual health and wellbeing support.

As our Age-Friendly Practice is a response to the Covid-19 pandemic we have faced the challenge of trying to respond quickly to changed circumstances and to reach those who are sheltering at home.
