Participants will be asked to participate in at least four of the outings, and use the “Two steps” app for the duration of the project.

Promoting active aging and healthy lifestyles through new technologies are the objectives of “Due passi in salute con le Aclii”, a project that aims to promote physical activity, promote a balanced diet, promote mental exercise and promote the use of health technologies.
