Summary

We have brought our Activator pole Programme online.
A big thank you to Frank Fahey for the videos and & to Age Friendly Laois for providing the poles to loan out to groups/participants. If you or if you know of anyone who would like to take part please let us know especially anyone who is living alone. We will try our best to get them setup on zoom. Our first class will be next Wednesday 25th November @ 11.00am.
