YES to Ageing

International Day of Older People – Campaign week centred around 1 October 2026

Older people bring our city to life and make it a better place. That is why we are celebrating the International Day of Older People at the ‘zentren plus’ and taking part in the ‘JA zum Alter’ campaign organised by BAGSO (German National Association of Senior Citizens’ Organisations).
The aim is to raise public awareness of the issue of ageing and to promote a positive attitude towards old age.

The week of action is organized by the “zentren plus”.
