Considering that the current socioeconomic context, in which financial products and services are increasingly electronic, this reality demands that financial education for the senior public assumes a preponderant role for their protection, since, the more informed they are, the more better decisions they will be able to make.
Also knowing that one of the factors of isolation is the fact that the elderly population faces an increasingly technological society, feeling naturally excluded, this project seeks to develop financial and digital capacity through the realization of financial literacy laboratories, thus improving participants’ financial knowledge and attitudes, developing planning and saving habits and preventing fraud.
Main target group: Both younger and older people (i.e. intergenerational)
