Looking back

Reflections:
The creation of these public service platforms in neighborhoods, covering the needs of seniors, from young independent active retirees to very old people losing their autonomy, aims to make existing systems even more accessible to Angevins for active monitoring and healthy.

Challenges:
Go from 1 senior space to 4 on the territory. Maximum capitalization of the first experience taking into account the specificities of each territory. Rich in a multidisciplinary medico-social team, open on its territory, the senior area, a real one-stop shop for proximity allows: – Facilitate home support – Promote social ties – Supporting the most fragile – Fighting isolation – Support caregivers
