Two virtual CRP Advocacy and Sensitization Workshops were held in partnership with WHO Regional Offices: PAHO-AFRO 8-10 June 2022 and EMRO-SEARO-WPRO 14-16 June 2022. The objective of these workshops was to promote the application of risk-based approaches to registration of medical health products and to advocate for the use of CRP in National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs) to accelerate national registration. Information sessions were delivered across three days to increase awareness of the concepts and principles of the CRP and to provide information on the process, requirements and tools available for effective implementation by NRAs. The information presented by the PQ-IVD Team on PQ Assessment and the WHO PQ Reports that will be made available to NRAs using the CRP can be viewed below. Any stakeholders that are interested in learning more about the CRP for IVDs can contact the team at diagnostics@who.int
