KEY QUESTIONS TO SUPPORT PHC-ORIENTED APPROACH TO ADAPTING GHI AND DONOR FUNDIGN TO NATIONAL CONTEXT:
• What would be a country-tailored PHC approach to detecting populations at risk for low or no coverage with various primary care services?
• How can funding from GHIs support establishment/improvement of context-appropriate systems of eHealth records?
• In designing GHI funding, how can PHC monitoring and evaluation data be used to guide allocation of resources to at risk groups?
• How can GHI funding be used to reduce drop-outs or improve compliance with treatments or lifestyle changes?
