KEY QUESTIONS TO SUPPORT PHC-ORIENTED APPROACH TO ADAPTING GHI AND DONOR FUNDIGN TO NATIONAL CONTEXT:
• Do programme performance reviews include considerations of the broader health system and are they aligned with other health system reviews?
• What mechanisms/processes are available for involvement of people and communities in research questions, study design and conduct and dissemination?
• Do GHI grant proposals for implementation research provide a role for those most affected by the research  in identifying research priorities and implementing research?
• What are feasible activities for funding by GHIs, to generate publicly-available data on coverage, equity and quality of health programs?
