The objective of this law is to provide the rules relating to public hygiene and sanitation in rural and urban areas.

The Proclamation establishes an Ethiopian Identity System applicable to any person residing in Ethiopia.

Ethiopia Essential Medicines List

This document provides the national list of essential medicines and other health products in Ethiopia.

Loi No 2019-676 relative à la lutte anti-tabac

This law relates to the fight against tobacco; it applies to tobacco growing, regulation of the manufacture, packaging, labelling, marketing and importing of tobacco and tobacco products, as well as advertising.

This Law aims to determine the framework for hospital reform and applies to hospitals ensuring a public service mission.

This decree establishes a Center of Public Health Emergency Operation (Centre des Opérations d'Urgence de Santé Publique - COUSP) (article 2), sets its attributions (article 4), and its organizational modalities (chapter III).

This Proclamation is to provide for Food and Medicine Administration. It provides rules to regulate several areas including food, medicine, medical devices, cosmetics, and tobacco products.
