An Act to Amend the New Executive Law of 1972 to Establish the Ministry of Health
The short title of this Act is the Health Ministry Act. This Act amends the 1972 Act establishing the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare to create and establish the Ministry of Health.
Public Health Act
This Act repeals and replaces the Public Health Act (Cap 198). The Act provides the legal framework for the protection and improvement of public health, regulates issues such as sanitation, disease control, environmental health and health care services.

Constitution
The Constitution of the Republic of Liberia is the supreme law of the state.
