Loi No 09.004 Code du Travail de la République Centrafricaine
This Labor Code governs professional relations between Workers and employers resulting from employment contracts concluded to be executed in the territory of the Central African Republic. Loi N° 99-477 portant modification du Code de Prévoyance Sociale
The Code provides for the "Caisse Nationale de Prévoyance Sociale" (CNPS) whose tasked is to provide benefits to salaried employees to alleviate the financial consequences of certain risks or situations such as accident at work and occupational diseases, maternity, retirement, invalidity and death and family allowances (art. 1 and 5).
