The executive Decree No 22-401 of 26 Rabie Ethani 1444 establishes the composition, organization and operation of the National Health Observatory. It was published in the Official Journal of 24 November 2022 (pages 7 -10).

The law defines the legal framework for the prevention and comprehensive care of the human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS). The law includes the rights and obligations of people living with HIV as well as the prevention and prohibition of discriminatory practices. The law includes as well the treatments in the health system in Cabo Verde among other issues.

This Decree regulates the organization and operation of a public establishment called the National Institute of Public Health. This document is published as a part of the Official Journal and the Decree is located on page 31 of the file.

The Act amended the National Identity Cards Act, 2011.

The decree regulates the establishment, organization and functioning of the National Public Health Institute of Burundi.

The purpose of the Act is to establish a biometric identification and authentication system for natural persons.

The Ordinance creates a national public scientific and technological establishment called the "Institut national de Santé Publique" (National Institute of Public Health). This Act makes provision for the prevention and management of HIV and AIDS; provides for the rights and obligations of persons living with HIV or affected by HIV and AIDS; provides for the establishment of the National AIDS Commission; and provides for matters incidental thereto or connected therewith.

This Law amended the Law n°14/2008 governing registration of the population and issuance of the national identity card.

This Law establishes a biometric identity card.

They incorporate recommendations for monitoring treatment efficacy, managing side effects, and addressing co-infections, ensuring a patient-centered approach in diverse healthcare settings.

The Act mandates the establishment of a National Identity Register, the issuance of national identity cards to persons whose are included in the national identity register and for related matters.
