This document provides the benefits package of the National Health Insurance Scheme as offered to its beneficiaries through private health providers.

The purpose of the law is to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals with regard to the processing of their personal data, whatever the nature, method of execution or persons responsible. This decree establishes the terms of organization and operation of the National Health Insurance Fund of Chad.

It is under the ministry of health (technical supervision) and the Ministry of Finances (financial suppervision). The decree further addresses the mandate, structure and ressources of the Institute.
