The law modifies the law No. 84-10 relative à l’état civil and regulates all the aspects regarding civil status matters.

This law, published in the Official Journal on 25 Mai 2023, modifies articles 1,17,27,51 and 79 of the law n°37-2014 establishing the universal health insurance scheme.

The objective of this law is to provide the rules relating to public hygiene and sanitation in rural and urban areas.

The Proclamation establishes an Ethiopian Identity System applicable to any person residing in Ethiopia.  

This regulation is issued to implement Proclamation No. 1273/2022 Community-Based Health Insurance Proclamation. It establishes the framework for managing health insurance pools and reserve funds (Sections 3-6), outlines membership and contribution procedures (Sections 7-9), and details provider payment mechanisms (Section 10). It also addresses fund management, financial deficit coverage (Sections 11-13), and miscellaneous provisions such as co-payment and data management (Sections 14-20).

This Act establishes the framework for the management of social health insurance; provides for the establishment of the Social Health Authority; gives effect to Article 43(1)(a) of the Constitution; and for connected purposes.

This Order provides for the creation, organization and operation of the program called the National Health Education Programme.

This Law amends Articles 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, 18, 20, 21, 23, 25, 27, 31, 33, 36, 37, 38, 42, 45, 47, 51, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 65, 66, 80 and 86 of the Law No 2020-37 protecting the health of people in the Republic of Benin.

This decree, taken in application of the provisions of articles 22, 29 and 30 of Law No. 20/2005 of January 3, 2006, provides for the creation, attributions, organization and operation of the Public Health Emergency Operations Center in the Gabonese Republic, abbreviated to COUSP.

The purpose of this law is to organize the protection of the health of the population, and to define the obligations imposed on citizens in the event of communicable, non-communicable, contagious diseases or epidemics. It applies to any person living in the Republic of Benin or entering Benin territory.

The law authorized the extension of the state of health emergency in 2021.

The Kenya Public Health Emergency Operations Center (KPHEOC) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are part of the Ministry of Health Preparedness System. This SOP describes the procedures for activating, operating, and deactivating the KPHEOC.

The Kenya Public Health Emergency Supply Chain Framework provides guidance regarding preparedness and response for emergency operations in the country. The Emergency Supply Chain Framework was developed to enable the Public Health Emergency Operations Centre efficiently deploy medical countermeasures (MCMs) during emergencies.
