Décret N°23-103 /PR Portant Promulgation de la Loi N°23-016/AU du 27 juillet 2023 portant modification de la Loi N° 84-10 du 15 mai 1984 relative à l'état civil

The Constitution of Comoros was adopted in 2001 and last amended in 2018. The Constitution contains 122 articles addressing a large number of issues as the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, the fundamental principles of the state and institutional arrangements.

The law provides the budget of the state for the year 2023.

The law creates the "Caisse Nationale de Solidarité et de Prévoyance Sociale" (The National Solidarity and Social Welfare Fund).
