This decree defines the terms and conditions for implementing the mandatory health insurance.

This regulation is issued to implement the Food and Medicine Administration Proclamation No.1112/2019. It provides the organization, powers and duties of the Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority.

The decree creates the National Institute for Medical Assistance ("Institut National d'Assistance Médicale"), which is placed under the supervision of the Ministry of Public Health and the financial supervision of the Ministry of Finance. The Institute's main mission is to implement policies, strategies and reforms relating to the financing and delegated management of free health care for Niger's vulnerable populations by the State and local authorities.

The Order adopts the statutes of the National Institute for Medical Assistance ("Institut National d'Assistance Médicale"), which has as its main mission the implementation of policies, strategies and reforms relating to the financing and delegated management of free healthcare by the State and local authorities for the benefit of vulnerable populations in Niger.

This decree confers the management of Universal Health Insurance to the National Health Insurance Institute and the National Social Security Fund.

These Instructions govern private health facilities.

The decree sets out the powers, organization, and operation of the Institut National d'Assurance Maladie. It was published in the Official Journal on 7 October 2022 (see pages 108 to 114).

The decree sets out the missions, composition, organization, and operation of the "comité de régulation de l'assurance maladie universelle" (universal health insurance regulatory committee). It was published in the Official Journal on 7 October 2022 (see pages 137 to 140).

The decree provides for the organization and functioning of the Central Purchasing Center for Essential Medicines of Burundi [CAMEBU].

This decree establishes the National Institute for Medical Assistance (Institut National d'Assistance Médicale) whose mission is to implement the policies, strategies an reforms for finanicng and managing free healthcare services for vulnerable populations. It is under the ministry of health (technical supervision) and the Ministry of Finances (financial suppervision). The decree further addresses the mandate, structure and ressources of the Institute.

The decree creates a National Technical Committee responsible for the administration of the District Health Information System in Niger. Its mission is to ensure the administration and updating of the platform; to identify and deal with users' technical grievances and concerns, and to ensure the system's security, maintenance and capacity building.

By this decree, the Government of Benin appoints the auditors of the National Health Insurance Agency.

This order, which provides for the organization and governance of health structures in the Gabonese Republic, supplements order No 1/95 of January 14, 1995, providing guidance for health policy in the Gabonese Republic.

The law creates a public administrative establishment, called the "Agence Nationale de Sécurité Sanitaire", under the supervision of the Ministry of Health. The mission of the Agence is to implement the strategic orientations of the Ministry of Health in the field of health safety.

This decree, taken in application of the provisions of Ordinance No. 01/95 of January 14, 1995, on the orientation of health policy in the Gabonese Republic and Ordinance No. 10/2011 of August 11, 2011, on the organization of the pharmaceutical sector in the Gabonese Republic, sets the conditions for opening and operating a private health structure in the Gabonese Republic. This decree is located on page 6 of the file.

This decree, taken in application of the provisions of Ordinance No. 01/95 of January 14, 1995, on the orientation of health policy in the Gabonese Republic, of Law No. 4/63 of January 11, 1963, relating to the practice of private medicine in the Gabonese Republic, of Decree No. 213/PR-MSPP-CAB of July 8, 1966 on the regulation of the practice of the professions of doctor, dental surgeon and midwife in the Gabonese Republic, sets the conditions for issuing authorizations relating to the practice of medical and paramedical professions in the Gabonese Republic. This order, taken in application of the provisions of Decree No. 213/PR-MSPP-CAB of July 8, 1966 on the regulation of the practice of the professions of doctor, dental surgeon and midwife in the Gabonese Republic and Orders No. 0106/MSPS and 0107/MSPS of March 16, 2015, determines the amounts and terms of payment of fees relating to the issue of authorization to practice medicine, to open and operate a private health structure in the Gabonese Republic. This decree, taken in application of the provisions of Law No. 020/2005 of January 3, 2006, establishes the creation and attributions of the Monitoring/Evaluation Committee for the issuance and implementation of authorizations for the exercise, opening and operation of private health structures in the Gabonese Republic. The decree is located on page 13 of the file.

This decree establishes the Steering Committee for the implementation of the Universal Health Insurance Scheme and contains provisions concerning its composition as well as its departmental and regional structures.

This decree was adopted to implement the Law 2014-131 (universal health insurance) to establish the Social Security Institution ("institution de Prévoyance sociale").
