This law, published in the Official Journal on 8 June 2023, establishes the National Health Insurance Fund ("Caisse d'assurance maladie universelle").

The law adopts the Code of Administrative Procedure. The Code establishes the principles and rules to be observed in the exercise of administrative activity, aimed at achieving the public interest, while respecting the subjective rights and legally protected interests of individuals and legal persons.

This law was published in the Official Journal on 10 May 2022. It provides measures to fight violence against women.

This Decree contains provisions for the organization and operation of a public establishment called the Health Solidarity Fund in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

The Act regulates the promotion, regulation and integration of health insurance schemes in Nigeria.

This decree establishes the terms of organization and operation of the National Health Insurance Fund of Chad.

This decree sets protective measures for pregnant women at their workplace.

National Health Insurance Act

This Act establishes a National Health Insurance Authority to implement a national health insurance scheme, establishes a national health insurance Fund to pay for the cost of health care services to members of the Scheme, and provides for the establishment of private health insurance schemes.

This law establishes a national health insurance Fund ("Caisse Nationale d'Assurance Santé").

The Civil Code is a document that brings together rules relating to civil law, governing topics such as the status of persons, property, as well as private relations between citizens.

The code aims to promote and guarantee children's access to the enjoyment and exercise of their rights.

The Decree creates a management body called "Caisse nationale d'assurance maladie universelle". It is placed under the technical supervision of the Ministry in charge of social protection and the financial supervision of the Ministry in charge of finance.

These guidelines provide direction to public and private institutions on how to secure a conducive environment for supporting female employees to combine work and breastfeeding. They complement other related materials in the health and nutrition practice.

The National Health Insurance Act

This Act provides for sound financing for the national health system; provides for universal access to quality insured health care services; establishes the National Health Insurance Management Authority and provides for its functions and powers; establishes the National Health Insurance Scheme and provides for its systems, procedures and operation; establishes the National Health Insurance Fund and provides for contributions to and payments from the Fund; provides for accreditation criteria and conditions in respect of insured health care services; provides for complaints and appeals processes; provides for the progressive establishment of provincial and district health offices of the Authority; and provides for matters connected with, or incidental to the foregoing.

This Law relates to human reproductive health.

Loi N°2015-532 portant Code du travail

This law provides for the Labour Code, establishing the rules governing the relations between employers and (salaried) employees in the country.

The law creates the "Caisse Nationale de Solidarité et de Prévoyance Sociale" (The National Solidarity and Social Welfare Fund).

The National Health Insurance Act was adopted to establish a National Health Insurance Authority to implement a National Health Insurance Scheme, establish a National Health Insurance Fund to pay for the cost of health care services to members of the Scheme, establish private health insurance schemes, and to provide for related matters.

Loi No 09.004 Code du Travail de la République Centrafricaine

This Labor Code governs professional relations between Workers and employers resulting from employment contracts concluded to be executed in the territory of the Central African Republic. It determines the procedure for settling individual and collective conflicts resulting from the execution of the employment contract. It also governs the staff of State Companies, Mixed Economy Companies and Public Offices.

Women's Act

The Act implement the legal provisions of the National Policy for the advancement of Gambian Women and Girls, and incorporates and enforces the United Nations Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination against Women and the Protocol to the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights on the Rights of Women in Africa.
