This document provides National Guidelines on Task Delegation in Reproductive Health Family Planning Nutrition Noncommunicable Diseases.

The purpose of this law is to provide for the rules relating to the civil status of citizens, civil status documents, as well as procedures for registering civil status events and their computerized management. This law establishes a Family Code.

This law determines which individuals have Central African nationality at birth as their nationality of origin. Central African nationality is acquired or lost after birth by the operation of the law or by a decision of the public authority taken under the conditions established by law.
