Focusing on how digital technologies can be developed and applied to facilitate health care access, information exchange, service delivery and quality.

• What laws are required to safeguard privacy, rights, interoperability and cybersecurity as a country transitions to digital information technologies?
• What policies, architecture and national ehealth strategies are required to transition to appropriate digital information technologies including ehealth records?
• What are the capacity building and resource requirements for to scale up digital health interventions?
• How can communities make use of digital technologies to become informed about health and provide feedback on services?
