• What community level processes are in place to determine and select stakeholders for engagement in governance, planning, priority setting, implementation and monitoring?
• How can GHI funding support the alignment of service delivery activities across levels of care to ensure efficient use of resources?
• What policy commitment or plans have been developed (or need to be developed) that commit to adequate policy, planning and resource support for or rebuilding of health infrastructure for universal physical quality access?
