The Multi-Donor Coordination Committee (MDCC) is a visible and transparent mechanism which has been established by WHO to enable information sharing and improve accountability on the implementation of major activities in the frame of the UHC Partnership. Since its creation in 2011, the Partnership has been working to strengthen country capacities and reinforce the leadership of ministries of health in building resilient and effective health systems in a sustainable manner to achieve UHC-related goals. It aims to bridge the gap between global commitments on UHC and country implementation.
