The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Cooperative Arrangement for the Prevention of Spread of Communicable Disease Through Air Travel (CAPSCA) held the 2nd Global Coordination Meeting in Abuja, Nigeria, from 10 to 12 October 2011.
