I am putting together sample documents for ship sanitation training in the UK, if you have any of the following documents that you can send to me it would be greatly appreciated. They are to be used to replicate the ships file and will be edited so not to identify the vessel or any person.
- Water Report - Chemical analysis
- Any inspection reports issued other than the SSC
Many thanks
