please help me 

i,m working at airport - health authority and we need training programs with  certified Institute    or  accredited certification

  for point of entry  employees like( surveillance at point of entry - inspection at airport ,conveyance- public health emergency- vector surveillance) to enhance capacity  requirement  

with my regard 

The IMO newsletter is available online and the latest issue contains a number of articles of possible interest to colleagues (entry into force of the Ballast Water convention and litter in the oceans for example). For those like me (with a pollution control interest), the global sulphur cap was also of interest.

As I sit in my office coming to the end of my last shift of 2016, I would just like to take this opportunity to thank all PAGNet members for their interest and involvement over 2016. Also, may I wish you all a very Happy New Year (whether now or whenever you traditionally celebrate it).

We hope to have more developments with PAGNet over 2017 so look out for announcements.
