Roadmap Phase 1
This is the roadmap for phase 1. It contains the same activities as the Quality System Essentials framework, but, whereas the QSE framework shows an overview of activities to be completed per QSE, here the activities are structured in such a way that they form a sequence of events for day-to-day implementation.
Note that it is not a requirement to adhere strictly to the provided roadmap; it is just an indication of a potential proper sequence of activities for day-to-day implementation. When another sequence better suits the local situation in your laboratory, feel free to make your own optimal sequence for completing activities according to your own priorities.
