Título

Crear un archivo específico para la documentación de gestión de la calidad

Por qué

Todas las copias de las versiones de los POE se tienen que mantener archivadas durante 5 años (o más tiempo si las leyes nacionales lo requieren). Esto permite que el laboratorio retroceda en el tiempo y compruebe qué procedimientos estaban vigentes en el pasado. También permite que el laboratorio vea lo que ha cambiado a lo largo del tiempo en los diversos procedimientos.

Qué

Cree un nuevo archivo para documentación de la calidad o, si el laboratorio ya tiene un archivo existente, cree un apartado separado reservado a la documentación de la calidad.

Cómo y quién

Encargado de la calidad:

  1. Cree el archivo de documentación de la calidad tal y como se ha descrito anteriormente. En la fase 3 se actualizarán los registros del laboratorio para que satisfagan los requisitos de los estándares ISO. Por ahora es suficiente con tener un apartado separado, reservado para la documentación de la calidad.
