Dr. David Reubi from King’s College London joined Knowledge Hub Team at the University of Cape Town for two months at the end of 2017. During this time , he was working on his book on the story of tobacco control in Africa and  the Knowledge Hub Team was fortunate to hear David deliver a seminar on the research he has conducted thus far. Toward the end of his stay in Cape Town, David published a very interesting article on the development of the economics of tobacco control in which he discusses how Chicago Economics remade Global Public Health.
