Health Legislation

This Regulation establishes the pricing system for medicinal products. All medicines circulating in Mozambique shall be subject to the pricing system provided for in these regulations.

The Constitution of the Central African Republic was adopted in 2016 and promulgated by Decree No 160218. The Constitution was promulgated by the Law N° 2016-886 of 8 November 2016 and modified by constitutional law N° 2020-348 of 19 March 2020. Executive decree no. 15-289 of 2 Safar 1437 corresponding to 14 November 2015 provides rules regarding social security for self-employed persons carrying out an activity on their own account. it was published in the official journal of 18 November 2015 (see pages 5 to 8).

The Constitution includes 246 articles addressing among other, the State and Sovereignty, Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, institutions in place (e.g., executive power, legislative power, and judicial power ) as well as established councils such as the Economic, social and environmental council, the superior council of the freedom of communication or the national consultative councils (non-exhaustive list).
