This law provides the finance law for 2024.

The Constitution of Mali was adopted by referendum and promulgated in 2023. The Constitution contains 191 articles addressing a wide array of issues, such as the protection of fundamental rights, the fundamental principles of the state and institutional arrangements.

This Order provides for the creation, organization and operation of the program called the National Health Education Programme.

The executive Decree No 22-401 of 26 Rabie Ethani 1444 establishes the composition, organization and operation of the National Health Observatory. It was published in the Official Journal of 24 November 2022 (pages 7 -10).

The Decree specifies the application of certain provisions of the law establishing the Universal Health Insurance Scheme, such as affiliation and registration, the insured person's card, care benefits covered, the assumption of responsibility for benefits, health care providers, among other aspects.

The decree provides the modalities for establishing the list of essential medicines. It was published in the Official Journal of 31 May 2021 (pages 12 -13).

This Order establishes the organization and operation of the regional health system.

The order of 11 Joumada El Oula 1442 corresponding to 26 December 2020 lays down the procedure for setting the prices of medicinal products by the intersectoral economic committee for medicinal products. Constitution

The Constitution was adopted by referendum in November 2020 and has been promulgated by Presidential decree n°20-442. It includes 225 articles addressing a wide array of issues including Fundamental Principles for the Society, Fundamental Rights, Freedoms and Duties, and Organization and Separation of Powers (non-exhaustive list).

This Decree provides for the definition of attributions of the Minister of Health and the organization of the Central Administration of his Department. The Decree also contains provisions regarding the organization of other departments of the Ministry of Health. This Decree establishes the special status of civil servants of the of the health corps classified in the following areas of specialization: medical-sanitary; medical sanitary engineering and public hygiene; biology. The Ordinance creates a national public scientific and technological establishment called the "Institut national de Santé Publique" (National Institute of Public Health). The mission of the Institut National de Santé Publique is to set up a health monitoring and epidemiological surveillance system, and to promote research into health policies and systems.

The Decree rules on the organization and operating procedures of the National Institute of Public Health created by Ordinance n°2019-011/P-RM of March 27, 2019 creating the National Institute of Public Health.

Its purpose is to ensure the prevention, protection, maintenance, restoration and promotion of people's health. It was published in the Official Journal on 29 July 2018.

The decree approves the National Financing Strategy for Universal Health Coverage and its 2018-2022 Action Plan.
