The law provides the budget of the state for the year 2023.

The law modifies the law No. 84-10 relative à l’état civil and regulates all the aspects regarding civil status matters.

This Decree declares the State of Health Emergency and dictates precautionary measures for the prevention, containment and control of the new coronavirus pandemic in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea.

This Act promotes gender equality, equal integration, influence, empowerment, dignity and opportunities, for men and women in all functions of society, prohibits and provides redress for sex discrimination, harmful practices and sexual harassment, provides for public awareness on the promotion of gender equality, and provides for connected matters.

The law creates the "Caisse Nationale de Solidarité et de Prévoyance Sociale" (The National Solidarity and Social Welfare Fund).

This Act provides for partnerships between the public sector and private sector for the supply of infrastructure and delivery of services as means of contributing towards sustaining economic growth, social development and infrastructure development; provides for the development and implementation of public-private partnership arrangements in Malawi for the delivery of infrastructure and services; provides for the establishment of the Public Private Partnership Commission; provides for private sector participation in state-owned enterprises, commercial entities and commercial assets, and provides for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.

This Act provides for the registration of persons and registration of births, marriages and deaths of persons and provides for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.

The purpose of this Law is to create a legal framework that allows for the implementation of the actions and mechanisms necessary for the education, prevention, treatment, epidemiological surveillance, research, care and monitoring of sexually transmitted infections and HIV/AIDS, as well as to guarantee respect, protection and defence of human rights, and to eliminate the stigmatization and discrimination of people infected with HIV/AIDS. This Act protects the rights of consumers, addresses the interests and needs of consumers, establishes a Consumer Protection Council, provides an effective redress mechanism for consumer claims and provides for other matters incidental thereto or connected therewith.

The scope of application of this Law includes: medicines and health products, as well as the actions of natural and legal persons involved in the production, marketing, prescription and dispensing of pharmaceutical and health products within the national territory. This Act amends and consolidates the law relating to local government and provides for the matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.

This Act makes provision for the regulation of the conditions of employment in workplaces as regards the safety, health and welfare of persons employed therein; for the inspection of certain plant and machinery, and the prevention and regulation of accidents occurring to persons employed or authorized to go into the workplaces; and provides for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.
