This decree creates a National Training School for State-certified Nurses and Midwives in Anaesthesia - Resuscitation called ENAFISAR. This decree defines the organization and functions of the School, the administrative bodies and commissions, the training requirements, etc.

This Law provides provisions on the definition, principles and rights in reproductive health, defines reproductive health service entities and workforce, and regulates contraception, voluntary termination of pregnancy, rights of people suffering from STDs/AIDS and penal provisions.

Data Protection Act

This Act regulates the collection, processing, and storage of personal data, ensuring individuals' privacy rights and establishing safeguards against misuse of personal information.

National Identity Cards Act

This Act establishes the legal framework for the issuance, use, and management of national identity cards and birth certificates in Seychelles.

Constitution

The Constitution of the Republic of Seychelles was promulgated by Act No 2 in 1992. The Constitution is the supreme law of the Republic of Seychelles that establishes the principles of the organization of the state, declares rights, freedoms and obligations, establishes key state organs and institutions, etc. The Constitution of Seychelles consists of 170 Articles that are grouped into 16 chapters that are supplemented by 7 schedules.

The Constitution of Benin was adopted in 1990 and promulgated by Law No 90-32. The Constitution consists of 160 articles and covers a wide array of areas ranging from state principles, values, rights and obligations of the people, division of powers within the state, etc.

Nurses and Midwives Regulations

These Regulations establish the requirements for the registration of nurses, their training, conduct and related disciplinary measures.

Nurses and Midwives Act

This Act establishes the Seychelles Nurses and Midwives Council, makes provision for registration of nurses and midwives, for their training, qualification and disciplinary control; repeals the Midwives Act, and the Nurses' Registration Act; and provides for connected purposes.

This Ordinance establishes national orders of doctors, pharmacists, dental surgeons and midwives, that are compulsorily grouping all practitioners authorized to practice their profession.

Civil Status Act

This Act establishes the framework for the registration of vital events and civil statuses such as births (including stillbirths and abandoned children), marriage, deaths, divorces, etc.
