Loi No 2018-027 relative à l’état civil

The purpose of this law is to provide for the rules relating to the civil status of citizens, civil status documents, as well as procedures for registering civil status events and their computerized management. It guarantees every person the enjoyment of the right to recognition in all places of their legal personality.

The National Health Insurance Act

This Act provides for sound financing for the national health system; provides for universal access to quality insured health care services; establishes the National Health Insurance Management Authority and provides for its functions and powers; establishes the National Health Insurance Scheme and provides for its systems, procedures and operation; establishes the National Health Insurance Fund and provides for contributions to and payments from the Fund; provides for accreditation criteria and conditions in respect of insured health care services; provides for complaints and appeals processes; provides for the progressive establishment of provincial and district health offices of the Authority; and provides for matters connected with, or incidental to the foregoing.

The Constitution of the Central African Republic was adopted in 2016 and promulgated by Decree No 160218. The Constitution consists of 158 Articles that are grouped into 16 titles covering areas such as social foundations and principles, separation of powers within the state, key organs of the state, etc.

The purpose of this law is to protect the rights of individuals in the processing of personal data.

The Law establishes the Health Code that codifies legislative texts concerning Public Health in Madagascar.

The Law establishes provisions relating to the hospital reform and applies to all hospital establishments in Madagascar.

Loi No 09.004 Code du Travail de la République Centrafricaine

This Labor Code governs professional relations between Workers and employers resulting from employment contracts concluded to be executed in the territory of the Central African Republic. It determines the procedure for settling individual and collective conflicts resulting from the execution of the employment contract. It also governs the staff of State Companies, Mixed Economy Companies and Public Offices.

The purpose of this law is to combat the spread of the disease caused by the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) leading to the reduction and loss of the body's immune defenses, resulting in Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS); to protect people living with HIV/AIDS against all forms of discrimination or stigmatization; and to reaffirm their fundamental rights and freedoms in accordance with international human rights instruments.

This Decree provides provisions on the organization of health services in the company (médecine d'entreprise).

This law establishes a Family Code.

Constitution

The Constitution of Zambia was adopted in 1991 and was amended in 2016 by Act No 2 titled "An Act to Amend the Constitution of Zambia". The Constitution of Zambia is the supreme law of the country that establishes the core values and principles of the state, provides for the core rights, freedoms and duties, separates the powers within the state and establishes the key state institutes.

The Births and Deaths Registration Act

This Act provides for a uniform law for the registration of all births and deaths in Zambia, without distinction of origin or descent; and provides for matters incidental thereto.

Nurses and Midwives Act

This Act makes further and better provision for the registration, enrolment, control and training of nurses and midwives; provides for purposes relating to the practice of nursing and midwifery; establishes the General Nursing Council of Zambia; and provides for matters incidental to or connected with the foregoing.

The National Registration Act

The Act provides for the registration of persons; and provides for matters incidental thereto.
