This order establishes the essential medicines list; this list is revised every three years (article 10).

The decree defines the health benefit package of the universal health insurance scheme.

The Kenya Public Health Emergency Supply Chain Framework provides guidance regarding preparedness and response for emergency operations in the country. The Emergency Supply Chain Framework was developed to enable the Public Health Emergency Operations Centre efficiently deploy medical countermeasures (MCMs) during emergencies.

The law establishes and organizes the government's ministerial departments.

The order establishes the national list of essential medicines and other health products in Burkina Faso.

This law determines the general conditions of asylum in the Republic of Chad in accordance with the Convention relating to the Status of Refugees of July 28, 1951 as amended by its New York Protocol of January 31 and the Convention of the Organization of the African Unity of September 10, 1969 governing aspects specific to refugee problems in Africa.
