This Decree regulates the organization, structure and mandate of the Ministry of Health of Gabon.

The Health Act
This Act establishes a unified health system, coordinates the inter-relationship between the national government and county government health systems, provides for regulation of health care service and health care service providers, health products and health technologies and for connected purposes.
This Act makes provision for the training, registration and licensing of occupational therapists; regulates their practice; provides for the establishment, powers and functions of the Occupational Therapy Council of Kenya and for connected purposes.
These guidelines provide guidance towards establishing, acquiring and maintaining current and future mobile based health information systems and Information and Communications Technology infrastructure that foster data and information sharing across multiple systems.
This decree establishes the terms of collection of contributions from workers in the public, parapublic and private sectors affiliated to the compulsory health insurance and social security scheme.
This decree is setting the rates, the basis of contributions and the ceiling on salaries subject to contributions of workers in the public, private and parapublic sectors to the Compulsory Health Insurance and Social Security Scheme.
This law, taken in application of the provisions of article 47 of the Constitution, establishes the modalities of medical care for the mentally ill and protection of their rights in the Gabonese Republic.
This pocket book consists of guidelines on the classification of illness severity, criteria for admission, and inpatient management of the major causes of childhood mortality such as pneumonia, diarrhea, malaria, severe malnutrition, meningitis, HIV and neonatal conditions. The guidelines target the management of the seriously ill newborn or child in the first 24 - 48 hours of arrival at the hospital.
This decree, taken in application of the provisions of Ordinance No. 01/95 of January 14, 1995, on the orientation of health policy in the Gabonese Republic and Ordinance No. 10/2011 of August 11, 2011, on the organization of the pharmaceutical sector in the Gabonese Republic, sets the conditions for opening and operating a private health structure in the Gabonese Republic. This decree, taken in application of the provisions of Ordinance No. 01/95 of January 14, 1995, on the orientation of health policy in the Gabonese Republic, of Law No. 4/63 of January 11, 1963, relating to the practice of private medicine in the Gabonese Republic, of Decree No. 213/PR-MSPP-CAB of July 8, 1966 on the regulation of the practice of the professions of doctor, dental surgeon and midwife in the Gabonese Republic, sets the conditions for issuing authorizations relating to the practice of medical and paramedical professions in the Gabonese Republic. This order, taken in application of the provisions of Decree No. 213/PR-MSPP-CAB of July 8, 1966 on the regulation of the practice of the professions of doctor, dental surgeon and midwife in the Gabonese Republic and Orders No. 0106/MSPS and 0107/MSPS of March 16, 2015, determines the amounts and terms of payment of fees relating to the issue of authorization to practice medicine, to open and operate a private health structure in the Gabonese Republic. This decree, taken in application of the provisions of Law No. 020/2005 of January 3, 2006, establishes the creation and attributions of the Monitoring/Evaluation Committee for the issuance and implementation of authorizations for the exercise, opening and operation of private health structures in the Gabonese Republic. This Act provides for the making, scrutiny, publication and operation of statutory instruments and for matters connected therewith.
This Act facilitates the promotion, co-ordination and regulation of the progress of science, technology and innovation of the country; assigns priority to the development of science, technology and innovation; entrenches science, technology and innovation into the national production system.
