This decree determines the conditions for the creation, approval, operation and control of reproductive health structures in application of the provisions of Article 12 paragraph 3 of Law No. 2003-04 of March 3, 2003 relating to the sexual and reproductive health.
This Law provides amendments to the provisions of Articles 17, 17-1, 17-2, 17-3, 17-4, 17-5, 17-6, 17-7, 19-1 of the Law No 2003-04 of 03 March 2003 relating to sexual health and reproduction.
This Act makes provision for the prevention and management of HIV and AIDS; provides for the rights and obligations of persons living with HIV or affected by HIV and AIDS; provides for the establishment of the National AIDS Commission; and provides for matters incidental thereto or connected therewith.
This Law provides provisions on the definition, principles and rights in reproductive health, defines reproductive health service entities and workforce, and regulates contraception, voluntary termination of pregnancy, rights of people suffering from STDs/AIDS and penal provisions.
