This law regulates reproductive health in the Central African Republic.

The Constitution of the Democratic Republic of the Congo was adopted in 2006 and revised by Law No 11/002 of 20 January 2011. The Constitution consists of 229 articles that are grouped into eight titles. The Constitution includes provisions on the key principles of the organization of the Republic, human rights and fundamental freedoms, organization of powers, key state organs, etc.

This Decree regulates the urgent measures to stop the spread of HIV/AIDS in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea. This document is published as a part of a compilation of laws and decrees and this Decree is located on page 96 of the file.

These guidelines provide a comprehensive framework aimed at addressing the dual burden of tuberculosis (TB) and HIV in the country. The guidelines emphasize the importance of integrated service delivery to improve health outcomes for individuals affected by both diseases.

This Act provides measures for the prevention, management and control of HIV and AIDS, provides for the protection and promotion of public health and the appropriate treatment, counselling, support and care of persons infected or at risk of HIV and AIDS infection, and connected purposes.

The purpose of this law is to combat the spread of the disease caused by the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) leading to the reduction and loss of the body's immune defenses, resulting in Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS); to protect people living with HIV/AIDS against all forms of discrimination or stigmatization; and to reaffirm their fundamental rights and freedoms in accordance with international human rights instruments.

The purpose of this Act is to: a) protect the health of the population against the many debilitating and fatal diseases caused by tobacco; b) limit the population's access to tobacco and protect it from inducements to use tobacco and the smoking which may result; c) make the population aware of the dangers of tobacco use and exposure to tobacco smoke.

This law governs reproductive health in Niger. It sets out the principles of reproductive health, and regulates reproductive health structures, care and services, among other aspects.

The decree sets out the application of decree no. 205-316/PRN/MSP/LCE of November 11, 2005, granting women free caesarean section services provided by public health establishments.

The law governs reproductive health in Burkina Faso. It includes reproductive health care and services. It establishes rights and duties, as well as penal provisions.

The Constitution was promulgated in 2005 and reviewed in 2018. The Constitution contains 292 articles addressing a broad range of issues as the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, the fundamental principles of the state and institutional arrangements.

The purpose of this Law is to create a legal framework that allows for the implementation of the actions and mechanisms necessary for the education, prevention, treatment, epidemiological surveillance, research, care and monitoring of sexually transmitted infections and HIV/AIDS, as well as to guarantee respect, protection and defence of human rights, and to eliminate the stigmatization and discrimination of people infected with HIV/AIDS. The Constitution includes 279 articles addressing a wide array of issues including the Kingdom and its constitution, the protection and promotion of fundamental rights and freedoms, the acquisition and loss of citizenship, the directive principles of state policy, as well as institutional arrangements (the executive, the legislature, the judicature, local governments, and traditional institutions). The Constitution also addresses public services, public finance, and international relations. (non-exhaustive list).

This decree grants women free access to caesarean section services provided by public health establishments.

This Law contains provisions regulating reproductive health.

This Proclamation is to protect the present and future generations from the devastating health, social, environmental and economic consequences of tobacco consumption and exposure to tobacco smoke by providing a legal framework for tobacco control measures, and reduce significantly tobacco use and its consequent harm.

The Constitution was promulgated in 2004 and modified in 2018. It includes 306 articles (17 titles) addressing a large number of issues as the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, the fundamental principles of the state and institutional arrangements.

This Law provides provisions on the definition, principles and rights in reproductive health, defines reproductive health service entities and workforce, and regulates contraception, voluntary termination of pregnancy, rights of people suffering from STDs/AIDS and penal provisions.

This Decree provides provisions on the organization of health services in the company (médecine d'entreprise).

The Constitution of Rwanda was promulgated in 2003 and reviewed in 2015. The Constitution contains 177 articles addressing a large number of issues as the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, fundamental principles of the state and institutional arrangements.
