Health Legislation

This Law governs public procurement in Rwanda.

These Instructions guide the procurement and distribution of health products.

This Act makes better provisions for the regulation of public procurement, provides for repeal of the Public Procurement Act, 2004 and re-enacts the Public Procurement Act and consequential matters and provides for other related matters.

The Resolution approves the Health Policy and the Strategy for its Implementation.

This Law establishes the fundamental principles, rights, and responsibilities for the country's healthcare system, and provides for the overall organization of health care in the country.
