Constitution de la Republique du Tchad

The Constitution of Chad was reviewed and approved by the referendum of the 17 December 2023. The Constitution contains 290 articles addressing a large number of issues as the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, the fundamental principles of the state and institutional arrangements.

The Constitution of Mali was adopted by referendum and promulgated in 2023. The Constitution contains 191 articles addressing a wide array of issues, such as the protection of fundamental rights, the fundamental principles of the state and institutional arrangements.

The executive Decree No 22-401 of 26 Rabie Ethani 1444 establishes the composition, organization and operation of the National Health Observatory. It was published in the Official Journal of 24 November 2022 (pages 7 -10).

This Decree regulates the organization and operation of a public establishment called the National Institute of Public Health. This document is published as a part of the Official Journal and the Decree is located on page 31 of the file.

The decree regulates the establishment, organization and functioning of the National Public Health Institute of Burundi.

The Regulation sets up rules in the registration of drugs and related products manufactured, imported, exported, advertised, sold, distributed or used in Nigeria.

The Constitution was adopted by referendum in November 2020 and has been promulgated by Presidential decree n°20-442. It includes 225 articles addressing a wide array of issues including Fundamental Principles for the Society, Fundamental Rights, Freedoms and Duties, and Organization and Separation of Powers (non-exhaustive list).

Medicines and related substances regulations

These Regulations provide rules on the registration and access to the market to medicine; licensing requirements for pharmaceutical operations, manufacturers, wholesalers and dispensaries; as well as on record-keeping, import of medicines, and clinical trials, etc.

The Ordinance creates a national public scientific and technological establishment called the "Institut national de Santé Publique" (National Institute of Public Health). The mission of the Institut National de Santé Publique is to set up a health monitoring and epidemiological surveillance system, and to promote research into health policies and systems.

The Decree rules on the organization and operating procedures of the National Institute of Public Health created by Ordinance n°2019-011/P-RM of March 27, 2019 creating the National Institute of Public Health.

The Constitution of Comoros was adopted in 2001 and last amended in 2018. The Constitution contains 122 articles addressing a large number of issues as the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, the fundamental principles of the state and institutional arrangements.

The law modifies the articles 8, 135,137,139,159,160,166,195,204,226,244,250,275,292 and the title XII of the Constitution of the Republic of Mozambique. 

Public health Act

This Act provides for public health, the conditions for improvement of the health and quality of life and the health care for all people in Zimbabwe, the rights, duties, powers and functions of all parties in the public health system, and the measures for administration of public health.

This Law establishes the rules for the efficient and safe production, distribution, use and availability, as well as quality assurance of medicines, vaccines, biological and health products for citizens.

Constitution

The Constitution was promulgated by the Law N° 2016-886 of 8 November 2016 and modified by constitutional law N° 2020-348 of 19 March 2020. It includes 184 articles addressing a wide array of issues including among other things fundamental freedoms, duties and rights, the fundamental principles of the Republic and institutional arrangements.

These are the guidelines for the registration, renewal, change in characteristics and extension in range of both imported and locally manufactured registered pharmaceutical products.
