This Law establishes the rules for the efficient and safe production, distribution, use and availability, as well as quality assurance of medicines, vaccines, biological and health products for citizens.

The document contains the updated National List of Essential Medicines (Lista Nacional de Medicamentos Essenciais). It is a mandatory tool for Health Professionals to use throughout the process of searching for, acquiring, distributing and prescribing medicines within the National Health Service.

This Regulation establishes the pricing system for medicinal products. All medicines circulating in Mozambique shall be subject to the pricing system provided for in these regulations.

The Constitution of the Central African Republic was adopted in 2016 and promulgated by Decree No 160218. The Local Governance Act (Act 936) of 2016 provides for local governance in accordance with the Constitution; establishes a Local Government Service; provides for the establishment and administration of the District Assemblies Common Fund; provides for a National Development Planning System; defines and regulates planning procedures of District Assemblies; co-ordinates, facilitates, monitors and supervises internal audit activities within District Assemblies and related matters.

The short title of this Act is the Health Ministry Act. This Act amends the 1972 Act establishing the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare to create and establish the Ministry of Health.

The Namibia Essential Medicines List acts as a guide for the level of availability and use of essential medicines based on the skills levels of health workers as well as the availability of diagnostic facilities at the various levels of the Namibian public sector healthcare system.

The Constitutional Law No 2016-10 of April 5, 2016 amends the Constitution of Senegal.
