This Order determines mission, responsibilities and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health which has the mission of promoting the health of the population through the delivery of preventive, curative and rehabilitative health services.

This law, published in the Official Journal on 8 June 2023, establishes the National Health Insurance Fund ("Caisse d'assurance maladie universelle").

This Decree contains provisions for the organization and operation of a public establishment called the Health Solidarity Fund in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

The Kenya Public Health Emergency Supply Chain Framework provides guidance regarding preparedness and response for emergency operations in the country. The Emergency Supply Chain Framework was developed to enable the Public Health Emergency Operations Centre efficiently deploy medical countermeasures (MCMs) during emergencies.

The document has the regulation taken by Lesotho’s government during the emergency of COVID 19.

The Decree approves the organic statute of the Ministry of Health whose mission is to define and implement the National Health Policy, promote the execution of the Executive's program on health and exercise the corresponding normative and monitoring functions, aiming for universal health coverage in the country.
