This Law provides for the extension of the health insurance regime as established by Ordinance No 2005-006 of 29 September 2005 to other population categories such as employees of local authorities and their public establishments; employees of projects and other administrative structures benefiting from financial autonomy; persons exercising a liberal profession; employees and pensioners of the private sector, private law associations and other civil society organizations; professional journalists and private press collaborators; independent workers.

These guidelines outline standardized protocols for the initiation and management of HIV treatment, emphasizing early treatment initiation and adherence to improve health outcomes. They incorporate recommendations for monitoring treatment efficacy, managing side effects, and addressing co-infections, ensuring a patient-centered approach in diverse healthcare settings.

These Guidelines outline standardized protocols for voluntary testing and counselling to enhance access to HIV services, ensure informed consent, and promote client confidentiality and support.

This Guidance Framework outlines strategies and standards to ensure high-quality, client-centered HIV testing and counselling services, promoting accuracy, safety, and confidentiality in the process.

The law regulates the management and control of HIV/AIDS in the Republic of Guinea.

These Guidelines outline a framework for transferring HIV/AIDS service delivery responsibilities from central to local levels, promoting community involvement and improving access to care.

The purpose of this Act is to determine the fundamental principles relating to the protection of the rights of people living with HIV/AIDS and of persons affected.

This decree, taken in application of the provisions of articles 51 of the Constitution and 107 of Ordinance No. 0022/PR/2007 of August 21, 2007, establishes the technical operating procedures of the Compulsory Health Insurance and Social Security Scheme.

The executive decree n° 06-339 of 2 Ramadhan 1427 corresponding to 25 September 2006 modifies the executive decree n° 94-187 of 26 Moharram 1415 corresponding to 6 July 1994 fixing the distribution of the rate of the social security contribution. This decree was published in the official journal of 27 September 2006 (see page 16).

This Act provides measures for the prevention, management and control of HIV and AIDS, provides for the protection and promotion of public health and the appropriate treatment, counselling, support and care of persons infected or at risk of HIV and AIDS infection, and connected purposes.

The purpose of this law is to combat the spread of the disease caused by the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) leading to the reduction and loss of the body's immune defenses, resulting in Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS); to protect people living with HIV/AIDS against all forms of discrimination or stigmatization; and to reaffirm their fundamental rights and freedoms in accordance with international human rights instruments.

The purpose of this Law is to create a legal framework that allows for the implementation of the actions and mechanisms necessary for the education, prevention, treatment, epidemiological surveillance, research, care and monitoring of sexually transmitted infections and HIV/AIDS, as well as to guarantee respect, protection and defence of human rights, and to eliminate the stigmatization and discrimination of people infected with HIV/AIDS. This Ministerial Diploma approves the norms of the organization of the National Health Service for the care and treatment of people living with HIV/AIDS and the Guiding Principles for the treatment of patients with HIV/AIDS Infection and the respective Technical Guides.
