The decree defines the health benefit package of the universal health insurance scheme.

The law modifies the law No. 84-10 relative à l’état civil and regulates all the aspects regarding civil status matters.

These regulations were developed in the exercise of the powers conferred by sections 24, 30, 46)2), 47(5) and 50(1) of the Social Health Insurance Act, 2023, by the Cabinet Secretary for Health, in consultation with the Board for the Social Health Authority.

Loi No 2018-027 relative à l’état civil

The purpose of this law is to provide for the rules relating to the civil status of citizens, civil status documents, as well as procedures for registering civil status events and their computerized management. It guarantees every person the enjoyment of the right to recognition in all places of their legal personality.

The decree approves the National Financing Strategy for Universal Health Coverage and its 2018-2022 Action Plan.
