This Decree establishes a general population registry in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

The Data Protection (Civil Registration) Regulations were developed in exercise of powers conferred by section 71 of the Data Protection Act, 2019 by the Cabinet Secretary for Information, Communication, Technology, Innovation and Youth Affairs.

These rules are issued in the exercise of powers conferred by section 16 of the Registration of Persons Act by the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Coordination of National Government.

The decree creates a National Technical Committee responsible for the administration of the District Health Information System in Niger. Its mission is to ensure the administration and updating of the platform; to identify and deal with users' technical grievances and concerns, and to ensure the system's security, maintenance and capacity building.

This decree establishes interoperability mechanisms for synergy of action between civil registry services and health structures across all the regions of the country.

The Decree establishes the rules for implementing Law 34/2014, of December 31, on the Right to Information. It is applicable to the bodies and institutions of the State, direct and indirect administration, representation abroad, local authorities and also to private entities which, under the Law or by contract, carry out activities of public interest or which, in their activity, benefit from public resources from any source and have in their possession information of public interest.

The order creates a framework for reflection and exchange between players and partners in the implementation of health research, called the "Cadre de Concertation de la Recherche en Santé" (Health Research Consultation Framework), reporting to the Minister in charge of Public Health. Its mission is to promote exchanges and build the capacities of players involved in health research.

Nationality Regulations

These Regulations outline the rules for acquiring nationality, issuance of the nationality certificates, loss of nationality, civil registry of the South Sudanese nationals, etc.

This Decree amends decree no. 2007- 207 of 2 April 2007 creating the computerized and secure national secure national identity card.

This decree creates and adopts a strategic plan for the permanent registration of children in maternity wards in Hospitals and Health Centers and in Civil Registry Offices.

The Ordinance creates a public scientific and technological establishment, the Agence Nationale de Télésanté et d'Informatique Médicale (National Agency for Telehealth and Medical Informatics.). The purpose of this agency is to ensure the promotion and development of telehealth and medical informatics in Mali.

The Decree introduces an Identity Card for national citizens based on biometric elements. 

The law determines which individuals have Nigerien nationality at birth as their nationality of origin. Nigerien nationality is acquired or lost, after birth, by the effect of the present legislation or by decision of the public authority taken under the conditions laid down in this law.

This law provides rules governing the organization of the civil status and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons.

This decree established the national identity card.

The Decree institutes a national identity card.

This law determines which individuals have Central African nationality at birth as their nationality of origin. Central African nationality is acquired or lost after birth by the operation of the law or by a decision of the public authority taken under the conditions established by law.
