The Ordinance creates a public scientific and technological establishment, the Agence Nationale de Télésanté et d'Informatique Médicale (National Agency for Telehealth and Medical Informatics.). The purpose of this agency is to ensure the promotion and development of telehealth and medical informatics in Mali.

The Decree introduces an Identity Card for national citizens based on biometric elements. 

The Law determines the registration of the population and issuance of the national identity card to Rwandan citizens.

National Identity Management Commission Act

This Act provides for the establishment of a national identity database and the National Identity Management Commission charge with the responsibilities for maintenance of the national database, the registration of individuals, and the issuance of general multipurpose identity cards; and for related matters.

This law determines the distribution of powers between the State and decentralized local authorities.

Constitution

The Constitution of the Democratic Republic of the Congo was adopted in 2006 and revised by Law No 11/002 of 20 January 2011. The Constitution consists of 229 articles that are grouped into eight titles. The Constitution includes provisions on the key principles of the organization of the Republic, human rights and fundamental freedoms, organization of powers, key state organs, etc.

The Constitution was promulgated in 2005 and reviewed in 2018. The Constitution contains 292 articles addressing a broad range of issues as the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, the fundamental principles of the state and institutional arrangements.

Statistics Act

This Act provides for a sustainable, effective and efficient national statistical system for The Gambia for the collection, production and dissemination of integrated, relevant, reliable, timely statistical information, establishes The Gambia Bureau of Statistics as a supervisory authority for the national statistical system.

This Regulation establishes the legal framework applicable to the contracting of public works, and the supply of goods and services to the State, including consultancy and concessions.

Data Protection Act

This Act establishes the framework for regulation of data protection and establishes the Data Protection Office and its mandate, etc.

The law approves the Civil Registration Code.

Constituição

The Constitution was promulgated in 2004 and modified in 2018. It includes 306 articles (17 titles) addressing a large number of issues as the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, the fundamental principles of the state and institutional arrangements.

The Act establishes the Swaziland Standards Authority and provides for matters connected thereto.

The Local Government Act

The Act establishes and regulates a decentralised local government system for the Gambia; it makes provision for the functions, powers and duties of local authorities and for matters connected therewith.

Information and Communication Technologies Act

This Act establishes a legal framework for the regulation, development, and promotion of the information and communication technology sector, including provisions for electronic transactions, data protection and cybersecurity.
