This decree establishes and organizes the General Directorate for the Evaluation of Public Policies.
This Decree regulates the organization, structure and mandate of the Ministry of Health of Gabon.

This order, taken in application of the provisions of Decree No. 213/PR-MSPP-CAB of July 8, 1966 on the regulation of the practice of the professions of doctor, dental surgeon and midwife in the Gabonese Republic and Orders No. 0106/MSPS and 0107/MSPS of March 16, 2015, determines the amounts and terms of payment of fees relating to the issue of authorization to practice medicine, to open and operate a private health structure in the Gabonese Republic. This decree, taken in application of the provisions of Law No. 020/2005 of January 3, 2006, establishes the creation and attributions of the Monitoring/Evaluation Committee for the issuance and implementation of authorizations for the exercise, opening and operation of private health structures in the Gabonese Republic.
